Experience Overview

Welcome to Greens Deer Ranch as you arrive at our awesome lodge you will be greeted by our guide staff, once settled in we will get you out to the sight in range to check either your bow or your rifle. Then we start to drive through our over nine miles of trails and try to catch a glimpse of some buffalo, this can be a quick process or can take days depending on movements. Once spotted we back out and come in on foot to set up the stalk the trick here is to make sure the Bison is a mature bull and also goes to a spot we can get it out of once it goes down as they weight up to 2500 lbs. Once the shot takes place then we bring in a tractor to haul the Bison out for pictures and field dressing them from there it's on to the processing shed. These hunts are extremely fun and so much harder than people could imagine.
