Policies

Cancellation Policy

The refund policy requires a 50% deposit via credit card, personal, or cashier's check to secure the reservation. Cancellations made 60 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund minus $100.00. Cancellations within 45 days forfeit the deposit, and cancellations within 30 days are responsible for the full amount. However, if rescheduling is needed 30 days prior to the original dates and the guide day(s) can be re-booked with another client that year, the deposit can be applied to a future reservation. Special situations and emergencies are taken into consideration.
