Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeline:
Before 90 days clients may receive a refund or opt to reschedule their hunt.
Within 90 days no refund will be provided, but an option to reschedule the hunt is available.
Refunds and Rescheduling:
Refunds for cancellations made within the eligible period will be processed promptly, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Clients may request to reschedule their hunt based on availability and agreement with Shenandoah Hunting Safaris. Rescheduled hunts must take place within one year of the original booking. Clients are allowed to reschedule only once.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events, Shenandoah Hunting Safaris reserves the right to reschedule the hunt or provide a credit for a future booking within one year of the original booking.
Communication:
Clients are required to communicate cancellations promptly to Shenandoah Hunting Safaris via written notification, and the cancellation date will be determined based on the date of receipt of this notification.

Minimum rifle caliber requirement for this hunt: .375 H&H.
